December 2009 - Northshore Auto Mall presented Family Services of the North Shore with a cheque for $35,000. $15,000 will be directed to the North Shore Christmas Bureau and $20,000 to the Safer Places.

July 2009 - Wendy Carter, TELUS Vancouver Community Board Member, Peter Green, Managing Director, of TELUS Business Solutions presents Sue Bauman, Executive Director, Family Services of the North Shore with a cheque for $20,000 from the TELUS Vancouver Community Board for Safer Places for Teens, a violence prevention and intervention service.

The TELUS Vancouver Community Board is committed to give where they live. Supporting causes that matter to their customers, team members, retirees and their communities they call home through their resources, technology, expertise and volunteer spirit or their team members.

May 2009 - Morgan Dalgarno invited all her classmates at Sandpiper preschool to Lynn Valley recreation centre for her 5th birthday party on April 26th. Instead of individual gifts, her party guests donated a minumum of $10, a toonie of which went toward a group gift for Morgan. As well as money, other businesses and Dalgarno friends and family donated toys, clothes, diapers and a tricycle to the I hope family centre and Building Family Bonds programs.

March 2008 - FSNS Ad Campaign in the North Shore News on Eating Disorders more

 

February, 2008 - The Northshore Auto Mall proudly continues its annual tradition of supporting Family Services of the North Shore. The donation of $35,000 is assigned to two programs: For the 6th consecutive year the Christmas Bureau donation of $15,000 helps to ensure a joyful Christmas for families across North Vancouver. In 2008 a total of 653 hampers were delivered representing more than 849 children and 5,943 toys distributed to families on the North Shore. An additional $20,000 is earmarked for FSNS's Safer Places program that helps to do just that, provide safer places for the most vulnerable in our community.

October, 2007 - The Ministry of Children and Family Development has partnered with BCCAA on a campaign in support of the Provincial Booster Seat Public Education Strategy.
