Parent-Child Mother Goose

This 8 or 10-week group experience incorporates Mother Goose songs, rhymes and stories that help parents to connect and respond to their young child’s internal feelings and attempts to communicate. Parents discover how to touch, hold and move with their children. In turn, children imitate the repetition of words and actions by parents, helping to develop their early language and pre-literacy skills.  Parent-Infant and Parent-Toddler sessions are both offered at the I hope family centre and other community locations three times per year.
