The Breastfeeding and Postpartum group meet every Thursday morning from 10-12 a.m., at the I hope family centre (West 1^st location) for postpartum and breastfeeding information and support. New mothers can drop-in and share experiences, become more knowledgeable about infant development and develop increased parenting skills. The importance of exclusive breastfeeding from birth to about 6 months of age is promoted. The group is facilitated by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Family Life Educator. more
