Join us to connect with other caregivers who are looking after family members with dementia in a safe and welcoming environment. Have the opportunity to share your caregiving journey, discuss resources, enhance your resilience and reduce your stress. This is group is ongoing but requires registration. Who can attend the Caregiver Support Group?
Any adult (19 and up) who is caring for a senior in their life are welcome to attend.

How many people attend each Caregiver Support Group?
Usually 4 to 6 people.

What happens if I can’t attend a session?
No worries if you can't attend a session. The group is ongoing and we look forward to seeing you at the next session.

What happens during the group?
Each session is an opportunity for people to share how they are doing and explore topics such as how to make time for yourself, how to be an advocate, and how to navigate the health care system.
